Cukr\u00e1rn\u00e1m se v\u0161ak poh\u0159\u00edchu vyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed, jakoby si z hodin biologie nepamatovali pou\u010dku o tom, \u017ee tuky ho\u0159\u00ed v ohni cukr\u016f. Nebude proto na \u0161kodu, kdy\u017e podrob\u00edme d\u016fkladn\u00e9mu rozboru i nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed a nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z \u010desk\u00fdch z\u00e1kusk\u016f. Zoceleni <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vagus.cz\/?p=623\" target=\"_blank\">v\u00fdzkumem kysan\u00e9 smetany<\/a>, vypracovali jsme k tomuto \u00fa\u010delu d\u016fkladnou metodologii, se kterou se m\u016f\u017eete sezn\u00e1mit n\u00ed\u017ee. Cenu v\u011btrn\u00edku v hodnocen\u00ed nezohled\u0148ujeme, nebo\u0165 to nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd ukazatel kvality a ostatn\u011b to nen\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 praktika ani u ostatn\u00edch gastrokritik\u016f. Celkem je tedy v na\u0161em testu mo\u017eno z\u00edskat sto bod\u016f podle n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed:<\/p>\n<p><strong>5 bod\u016f: velikost<\/strong>. Tady je to jednoduch\u00e9. \u010c\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br a tlou\u0161\u0165ka, t\u00edm v\u00edce bod\u016f. Prvn\u00ed v\u011bc, kter\u00e1 na v\u011btrn\u00edku v chladic\u00edm pultu upout\u00e1. Pokud svou velikost\u00ed jasn\u011b p\u0159evy\u0161uje ve\u0161ker\u00fd zbyl\u00fd invent\u00e1\u0159 cukr\u00e1rny v\u010detn\u011b obsluhy, m\u00e1 nap\u016fl vyhr\u00e1no. Ne\u0159\u00edkejte, \u017ee se rozhodnete pro v\u011btrn\u00edk, kdy\u017e je jen stejn\u011b velk\u00fd jako v\u011bne\u010dek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5 bod\u016f: vzhled<\/strong>. Druh\u00fd d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd komponent pro vytvo\u0159en\u00ed prvn\u00edho dojmu. Z\u00e1kusek s daktyloskopick\u00fdmi otisky ve fond\u00e1nu m\u00e1 mnohem hor\u0161\u00ed startovn\u00ed pozici. Ta by v\u0161ak nem\u011bla m\u00edt fat\u00e1ln\u00ed vliv na po\u0159ad\u00ed v c\u00edli, a proto jsme ob\u011bma v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdm kategori\u00edm nechali v sou\u010dtu pouze deset bod\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>20 bod\u016f: \u010derstvost<\/strong>. Ano, prvn\u00ed dv\u011b kategorie jsou jenom takov\u00e1 marketingov\u00e1 hra. Do skute\u010dn\u00e9ho \u017eivota vykra\u010dujeme teprve nyn\u00ed. Ch\u00e1peme, \u017ee hra na honi\u010dku se salmonelou a jin\u00fdmi spoluhr\u00e1\u010di m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 velmi z\u00e1bavn\u00e1, my jsme se v\u0161ak rozhodli nediskriminovat ani hygienick\u00e9 pedanty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>20 bod\u016f: poleva<\/strong>. Kategorie, ji\u017e by zd\u00e1nliv\u011b mohla zastoupit i kategorie vzhledu. Av\u0161ak jen zd\u00e1nliv\u011b. Vyrobit kvalitn\u00ed fond\u00e1n je velk\u00fd kum\u0161t a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1bava na dlouh\u00e9 zimn\u00ed ve\u010dery. Proto si tak\u00e9 zaslou\u017e\u00ed svou vlastn\u00ed kategorii. V\u011btrn\u00edk ostatn\u011b nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt jen karamelov\u00fd, ale i \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00fd, \u010di posypan\u00fd cukrem a mandlemi. To v\u0161e se d\u00e1 ud\u011blat skv\u011ble, ale i mizern\u011b. Proto tolik bod\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10 bod\u016f: korpus<\/strong>. Jako su\u0161enka na rusk\u00e9 zmrzlin\u011b: zd\u00e1nliv\u011b (nebo doslova?) okrajov\u00e1 v\u011bc, kter\u00e1 v\u0161ak um\u00ed gastronomick\u00fd po\u017eitek celkem slu\u0161n\u011b zmrvit. Nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt oschl\u00fd ani rozmo\u010den\u00fd a mus\u00ed ho b\u00fdt tak akor\u00e1t, aby v\u00e1s cukrovinka nezadusila, ani v\u00e1m \u00fapln\u011b neslepila tlamu. Jeho kvality se uk\u00e1\u017eou zejm\u00e9na ve chv\u00edli, kdy m\u00e1te v\u011btrn\u00edk kr\u00e1jet desertn\u00ed vidli\u010dkou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>40 bod\u016f: n\u00e1pl\u0148<\/strong>. A\u017e teprve nyn\u00ed se dost\u00e1v\u00e1me ke skute\u010dn\u00e9mu j\u00e1dru lah\u016fdk\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho pudla. Podobn\u011b jako poleva, i n\u00e1pl\u0148 v\u011btrn\u00edku m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt lecjak\u00e1. Pudinkov\u00e1, \u017eloutkov\u00e1, \u0161leha\u010dkov\u00e1, karamelov\u00e1, kakaov\u00e1, \u010di jejich vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 kombinace. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00fd univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed recept neexistuje a teprve v tuto chv\u00edli se m\u016f\u017ee naplno projevit cukr\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd um nebo fu\u0161e\u0159ina.<\/p>\n<p>A jak se projev\u00ed?
