Zdej\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed toti\u017e opl\u00fdv\u00e1 pozoruhodn\u00fdm geniem loci &#8211; p\u0159esn\u011bji \u0159e\u010deno pozoruhodnou bustou boha \u0160ivy. Ta je vyveden\u00e1 jako font\u00e1na, tak\u017ee podle hinduistick\u00e9 tradice, kdy se uct\u00edv\u00e1 \u0160iv\u016fv falus pol\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00edm vodou, se v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u0160iva vlastn\u011b st\u00e1v\u00e1 s\u00e1m sob\u011b sv\u00fdm \u010d\u016fr\u00e1kem. N\u00e1dra\u017eka je tu ov\u0161em taky. A jej\u00ed n\u00e1zev <strong>Take Away Facility, Refreshment Room<\/strong> napov\u00edd\u00e1, \u017ee bude jist\u011b podobn\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 jako socha m\u00edstn\u00edho Krakono\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 skute\u010dn\u011b je. Pokud toti\u017e haridv\u00e1rsk\u00e1 n\u00e1dra\u017eka n\u011b\u010d\u00edm opl\u00fdv\u00e1, tak velmi promy\u0161lenou marketingovou strategi\u00ed. P\u0159esto\u017ee jsem v jej\u00edm bezprost\u0159edn\u00edm okol\u00ed napo\u010d\u00edtal 17 kohoutk\u016f, z \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9ho z nich netekla voda. \u0160pinav\u00fd a \u017e\u00edzniv\u00fd pocestn\u00fd tedy mus\u00ed cht\u011b necht\u011b vstoupit dovnit\u0159.<\/p>\n<p>Vlhk\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u0161e\u0159\u00ed, umakartov\u00e9 stoly, zahradn\u00ed n\u00e1bytek a dvojice p\u0159est\u00e1rl\u00fdch hip\u00edk\u016f navozuj\u00ed dojem klasick\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 \u010dtverky. To by se zde ov\u0161em muselo to\u010dit pivo. M\u00edsto n\u011bj v\u0161ak najdeme pouze standardizovan\u00fd \u010daj indick\u00fdch drah, tedy pytl\u00edk zalit\u00fd vla\u017enou ml\u00e9\u010dnou b\u0159e\u010dkou. Tento ne\u0161var indick\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed gastronomie v\u011bt\u0161inou nestoj\u00ed ani za ochutn\u00e1n\u00ed, v Haridv\u00e1ru v\u0161ak jeho p\u0159\u00edpravu dok\u00e1zali kucht\u00edci neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b vy\u0161perkovat a zatraktivnit: kel\u00edmek s tekutinou vlo\u017e\u00ed na n\u011bkolik minut oh\u0159\u00edvat do mikrovlnky. P\u0159i tak komplikovan\u00e9m procesu lze pochopit i lehce dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed cenu 6 rupi\u00ed &#8211; kdo by takov\u00e9 specialit\u011b podniku odolal?<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery pokrmu. Zcela zv\u00e1lcov\u00e1n reklamn\u00edmi n\u00e1pisy na zdech \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1m <strong>lidov\u00e9 menu<\/strong> za <strong>10 rupi\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 sest\u00e1v\u00e1 z <em>p\u00far\u00ed<\/em> a <em>sabd\u017e\u00ed<\/em> a m\u00e1 b\u00fdt nejen chutn\u00e9, ale i v\u00fdhodn\u00e9. Av\u0161ak pot\u00e9, co m\u011b kucha\u0159 odk\u00e1\u017ee na \u0161tos mastn\u00fdch papundeklov\u00fdch krabic na pokladn\u00edm pult\u011b (aha, tohle jsou ty take away facility), rad\u011bji m\u011bn\u00edm objedn\u00e1vku a vol\u00edm <strong>kompletn\u00ed menu<\/strong> za <strong>55 rupi\u00ed<\/strong>. Sice je dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ale aspo\u0148 naserv\u00edrovan\u00e9 na t\u00e1cu. <em>Matar pan\u00edr<\/em> pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd, <em>d\u00e1l<\/em> mastn\u00fd, r\u00fd\u017ee vychladl\u00e1, mini <em>\u010dap\u00e1t\u00ed<\/em> solidn\u00ed a <em>r\u00e1jta<\/em> vylo\u017een\u011b hnusn\u00e1. Jedin\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed je, \u017ee si \u010dlov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee spravit chu\u0165 \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lou \u010derstv\u00fdch sma\u017eenek. <em>Sam\u00f3sa<\/em> p\u0159ijde na 7 rupi\u00ed, na ostatn\u00ed u\u017e mi nezbylo m\u00edsto.<\/p>\n<p>Celkov\u00fd dojem z haridv\u00e1rsk\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017eky je podobn\u00fd jako z rozhovoru se zam\u011bstnancem marketingov\u00e9 agentury. Sice v\u00e1m bude dv\u011b hodiny bude tla\u010dit do hlavy, jak\u00e9 \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9 v\u011bci vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, ale jedin\u00fd z\u00e1v\u011br, kter\u00fd si z debaty odnesete, je ten, \u017ee takov\u00fdch hodnot se nenaj\u00edte.
